Gold is expensive by 2 thousand rupees reached 284300 per tola
Karachi (Business Desk) Global and local markets recorded an increase in gold prices on Saturday.
Gold rose by $22 to $2,748 per ounce in the global bullion market.Due to the increase in the price of gold in the international market, at the local level gold per tola increased by 2 thousand rupees and reached 2 lakh 84 thousand 300 rupees.
Similarly ten grams of gold increased by Rs 1714 to Rs 2 lakh 43 thousand 741. It should be remembered that the price of gold on Friday was Rs 2 lakh 82 thousand 300 after a decrease of Rs 800.
Meanwhile the price of silver remained stable at Rs 3,350 per tola.It should be noted that on Wednesday the price of gold per tola had reached the highest level of Rs 2 lakh 85 thousand 400.
Gold prices have risen to record highs in recent weeks due to increased demand for safe-haven assets due to conflict in the Middle East and uncertainty surrounding the upcoming US election.
